1070 Lake Berkley Drive is a fully furnished 3 bedroom home (queen bed, full bed and two twin beds) with 2 full bathrooms and a south facing pool (sun all day long!). The house is one of only a few in the resort that has both a south facing pool and a beautiful rear view that overlooks the lake. The side neighbors are shaded by shrubs. In 2006 the house was completely repainted and tiled throughout, all furniture was replaced. Wireless high speed internet, new TVs and a new dvd surround sound system were added.
